250 Euro is at the pricier end, even after dark.
The smaller red light areas a little to the west and another to the south, at least in 2022 you definitely could have more than just a BJ for 50 euros witih a hot Eastern European during the daytime. (areas should be easy to find with a quick web search)
De Wallen, the main red light area in Amsterdam, I didn't find any daytime offering for less than 100 euro --- nightime, prices were all over the place, majority were asking 100-150 euro. Some asking well over that.
