I was staying in Makati earlier this year and based on some research discovered Kemosabe as a popular ES massage place amongst locals. When you walk inside the spa, you can see a lot of the therapists hanging out in the lobby watching TV and talking to each other. I really wanted to try Kelly who seems to be the most popular masseuse known for her large breasts, but she was not working that day so I picked Alison who had the largest breasts of the available masseuses. I paid the base fee at the front and then sat down on the couch next to one of the masseuses to wait for Alison. When she arrived, I was honestly a bit disappointed. Her face was pretty different than the picture provided to me via Viber chat and she was a bit chubby. In retrospect I should have asked if I could choose a different girl since some of the girls I saw in the lobby were much prettier and slimmer.
Alison led me upstairs to one of the rooms and asked me to first take a shower. After the shower, I lied down on the massage bed and she gave me a very weak massage. Given that this place is known for ES I was expecting more teasing, but she didn't really do anything. Alison asked me to turn onto my back and she asked if I want any ES. Her menu was P1,000 for HJ, P2,000 for topless HJ, P3,000 for B2B oil massage with HJ finish. I opted for the B2B oil massage. I don't think this place offers any FS. Both the B2B massage and the HJ were very mechanical, nothing noteworthy. After I finished, she asked if I wanted to take a shower again, as well is if I wanted a drink. Once I got downstairs, she gave me and orange juice while I waited for my Grab to arrive.
Since a lot of people rave about Kemosabe, I think I might try again but with an in-person lineup. I might have just had an unlucky experience since it's very well recommended. I don't think their pictures and stats are very accurate.
I also learned later that there's a password you can give to the masseuse for unlimited shots. You can get it on the ManilaTonight forum, but you have to post for a few weeks to reach the required visibility level. You can also go to Budget Happy Meal and create a free account which doesn't have the posting requirement.

For a decent massage with HJ release, I would rather go to nearby Elan Spa or Based by Abacca which are much cheaper at P1,300 everything included. The downside with those places are you can't touch the masseuses at all and they won't take off their clothes. I'll post reviews for those soon...
