Do you have any language skills? You mentioned Tokyo 1st but it’s not great for that or even dating civilians unless you have more time. You’d need local lingo to even be let in a lot of places
I’d prioritise Thailand to be honest & go to the other places for a quick few days. Phillip ones can be explored but Manila isn’t as safe as other Asian cities.
