few well known places to golfer are Panya Indra (in one in your video clip) but not so much lately , Summit Windmill Golf Club (ask for caddy 248 or 065) and Pinehurst Golf Club & Hotel
unless you are regular, Golfers are usually approached by the manager or caddies right at the start and ask if you would like to book a private room for dinner or karaoke at the end of the day.
Some caddies do accept the extra entertainment after the course.
