King Hing MK- March 20, 2024 disappointed
March 20, 2024
Returning visit in hk for a few weeks. Have been to King Hing over span of 15 years, 3-5 year span apart.
Last time in hk was pre covid era. Went during 3pm
Mostly Thai now I notice, so as some current threads I’m researching, a risk of LB or post op?
I do like a few of the Russians/europeans would just keep their doors open for viewing and even try having a convo to get customers, real hustle.
I walked all floors started from 14th to 3rd, then back up and down a few rounds, tons of customers today (which is good when there’s demands, hope it’ll show we need more supplies). A lot of doors had please wait. Not the 2015-2018 era as I remembered
I have a small-brave, the withering state of those hallway marble tiles (popping of the thinset) a few floors it’ll feel like every time they “pop” you’re about to fall thru few levels of hell for being somewhere you shouldn’t be.
Was a sausage fest this visit, left empty handed. There was a thick PRC that caught my eye 9th floor. I think A1
It feels like the reports from high level bros are correct, not much quality here. I swear I had better experience 2012, 2015, 2018 visits, but maybe our minds play tricks with us with preception
Hope to check out Fuji, had good experience there in the past, but that’s at least pre covid. I do notice MK area in general changed (2018 vs now 2024) | |
