Not to sound like a know it all, but the woman is an ethnic Kazakh and not a "White European" She is a full-blooded Asian.
Kazakhs are a Turkic people that originated in Siberia and hence why they have an "Asian" appearance. They are similar to other
Turkic peoples found throughout Central Asia including China's Uyghurs. Kazakhs can be found mainly in Kazakhstan, Russia, and China.
In fact there are over 2 million ethnic Kazakh's that live in China's Xinjiang Province and they are one of China's 56 ethnic minorities.
I happened to visit that part of China last year and it was interesting to see many of them living a traditional nomadic life living in
Yurts and riding horses.
The Russian Empire in the 19th century conquered most of the Kazakh people, and Kazakhstan was made a part of the Soviet
Union. This is why many Kazakhs speak Russian. Kazakhstan became independent in 1991 but still retains close ties to Russia, and
Russian still remains an official language alongside Kazakh. Although Kazakhstan is predominantly inhabited by Kazakhs it
still retains a large ethnic Russian minority of some 15% of the population.
When people see a strong Asian phenotype like this girl there is this bias to assume that they are "East Asian" like Chinese,
Korean, Japanese, or Vietnamese but Central Asians and Siberians also have the same phenotype. Its unfortunate that people
only know of Kazakhstan from "Borat" and are completely unaware that ethnic Kazakhs also inhabit large swaths of the PRC.
There is this tendency for people to think that Russians=East Slavic White Europeans. But the Russian Federation also includes
large swaths of Asia that was traditionally inhabited by Siberians, Turks, Tatars, Mongols, and Tungusic people like Manchurians
these people are still very much citizens of Russia but are not ethnically Russian. Perhaps you can ask these Asian looking Russian WG
for a history lesson!
