I agree that there is no tip culture in Japan. If you want to show appreciation for her good service, you can bring some local specialties as a gift. For me, l have given them the small pack of wife cake/sweetheart cake. Then, told them the origin of this funny name. I am a member of Cityheaven. Every year there is a Miss Cityheaven campaign. l will show my appreciation of their services by voting them.
