Read the admin notes on the TG. Don't pay in advance or deposit. Having Gcash will help and is safer. Basically see if anyone meets your fancy. Make sure they are okay with a walk vs VCS only. Dm them and ask for additional pics they can share to see if you want to move forward. If yes see if you can arange a meet and agree on admission.
