Based on the Line conversation with the MMS, Luna takes her off days on Tuesdays, which was that morning I messaged to indicate my interest.
I verified this with Luna later in person who said that it does not apply for every week. So if you have a specific provider in mind, give the shop ample time to fix your schedule.
I only had less than 20 seconds to look at the lineup (about 10 ladies?) requested by another customer and wasn't able to match any of the faces to photos found on the website.
Out of the lineup, I might pick one based just on looks alone, didn't have the presence of mind to ask for her name at that time.
Looking forward to your reviews as I have not ruled out returning to the shop on my next trip
