Again, a good solid 5min walk in the heat from the nearest MTR exit to this run down building, I arrived around 13:15 and there were no other bros there. Here’s the layout of this building: there’s no MF or 2F, go up the stairs and it’s 1F where it’s still grubby as hell housing WGs in their late 40s onwards. Go up the stairs again, and 2F has disappeared and she arrive at 3F where all the new ads are from flooding the main site. Completely revamped and new design with clean sparkling corridors and new doors. 9 rooms on this floor, and only 3 available at this time, all 35+. One of the available WG is a stable from KSM, I recognized her and her favourite phrase “you can play with everything”.

6-8th floor got some very good Chinese WGs. I find the best WGs are in corridors x02, x03 and x04 of each floor. 2nd floor and most of the left hand side corridors (stepping out of the lift) filled with Thais. 302B where everyone is saying is very pretty still closed.
