You rarely will find this in a walk up on a 1st visit. To get to this point with a walk up in addition to the chemistry working you have to have repeated visits where they understand you are clean, polite, respectful, predictable, and generous with your $. It won't happen on the 1st visit, maybe on the 5th or 6th. There are probably high-priced agencies where the provider will give you this feeling on the 1st visit, but not for 141 prices, more like 10x.
If you have the ability to undertake regular trips to Hong Kong, you might seek to plant a few seeds during a visit, and then on subsequent visits see what grows
