I'd definitely say it depends on the girl and how they're feeling at the time, but there are definitely those that do based off my experience and reviews from others. But YMMV~
I had one instance with one of the girls who has AF as an option(not the question you asked, I know), but I hadn't added the option when I originally booked her nor did I ask her for it when I got to the room with her. At one point, I was going down on her for a bit, but when I came up, she straight up asked me if I wanted use a condom. I'm like "WUT?" <surprise Pikachu face> "Are you sure?" And after the double-confirmation from her, on went the CFS there without any additional $$.
Then there was another instance with another who doesn't offer AF as an option. I didn't ask her if the option was available nor did she offer it initially when I started talking with her. Again, same instance of me going down on a girl, and when I came up to meet her face, she asked if I wanted to FS. Again, she didn't ask for any additional $$ and after double-confirming, things went a bit wild from there.
I was probably lucky in my instances where both girls asked for it instead of me and without any added $$, but I was going down on them for quite a while, too.
