	It happen a lot on forums that have been up for years.. Almost every topic has been discussed before and if the newcomers start another one they're gonna get "use the search button" answer. So it's tough to keep an old forum alive this way. The points and reading access should help keeping it alive .. from newcomers at least but i don't know why a lot of them seems shy to start new topics and dicsuss
