In the US, stdcheck.com is quick and easy. Keeps things off the insurance record and you pay via cc online. Go to a LabCorp or Quest for blood/urine test and you should be able to get results online in 2-3 days. Honestly, you don't even have to use your real name for it.
In HK, Neo Health (near Central) would do the same. Discreet and also provide other services for the "opps".
