I believe this might be just a price quote to me being black or just the new standard post-COVID.
I went to several massage parlors on Samdach Sothearos Blvd. They were Foot Life, NY Spa Massage and a repeat at Happy Massage. Each gal who I had in the room initially quoted $20-30 bucks for a HJ and then $50 for a BJ. I am not a cheap charlie but that is my home country prices in a "third world" country. I am not paying that. Nope, no sirree Bob. If you want to then more power to you.
Please don't. Hahhah. Seriously, HJs should be about $10-20, BJs approx. $20-30 and FS approx. $50 in a parlor. Street meat and bar girls are gonna be in that range. Though, I know my Asian mongers will be throwing cash around so hey you have been warned.
