The "on/off" switch you described is often found with fiwfans providers. Don't overthink it: they're Thai women, they like sex, but compartmentalize it because in this environment, sex is work. Thus: businesslike during the non-sexy time. They'll enjoy what's going on, be polite about it, and take care of business. That's the deal.
One thing I like about the fiwfans model is that it encompasses a spectrum: you find amateurish part-timers as well as hardcore harridans determined to bust their clients sexually and turn them into gibbering cum-sluts.
