As men get older, we naturally experience diminishing testosterone levels. I take DHEA from Life Extensions to maintain my testosterone levels. There is also a substance called Deer Antler Velvet from Antler Farms that seems to help too. Both take a week or two to feel the difference.
Diet is also important, from what I read there are foods that are estrogenic. That is, it can affect your testosterone levels. Soy bean oil and most seed oils can do this. I also suspect marijuana depletes your testosterone levels too. That is probably why extended use gives men boobs.
L-Arginine as well as grape seed extract is good for cardiovascular blood flow.
I'm glad to hear Mr. Tux avoids sugar. Sugar is known to deplete your immune system as well as age your body faster.
For you guys who take saw palmetto for your prostate, I recommend taking zinc instead. Look up Dr. Berg on youtube on how to shrink your prostate for more details.
Here is the article on why you may not want to take saw palmetto:

I take V and make sure I eat very lightly for breakfast so that I can absorb the V better on a empty stomach.
From my experience, eating watermelon gives me a pronounced morning wood. I found out L-Citrulline in the watermelon is the ingredient responsible for this.
I weight train regularly, try to eat organic when I can, and avoid wheat products as much as possible. I find when I eat just protein and vegetables, I get lean fairly easily.

L-Citrulline is converted to L-Arginine in your body. Not eliminated as quickly. |
