I think of queefs as follows...
You are fucking the girl (ideally imho, raw). at some point ideally she generates love juice (or less optimally, uses artificial lubricant).
At this time her pussy is either tight or at least not loose.
After a while, she becomes more aroused. In this state, her pussy expands on the inside.
On the outstroke, as your dick exits the expanded vagina, the love juice forms a seal between the dick ant the vagina, resulting in lowered air pressure in the vagina. at a certain point in the outstroke, the air pressure outside overcomes the love juice seal. air is sucked in (actually pushed in), causing a queef sound.
On the instroke, your dick enters the expanded vagina. Much air is already in the vagina. The air is compressed by your dick, but the love juice forms a seal between the vagina and the dick. air pressure builds until it overcomes the love juice seal, and escapes resulting in a queef sound.
To recap, the preconditions (based on my observations) are:
* heightened arousal of the female primary genitalia including enlarged vagina cavity
* production of female love juice or generous application of lubricant
* vigorous stroking by the male penis in and out of the vaginal cavity
* the outer circumference of the penis should be roughly equal to the circumference of the entrance of the vagina (added by review)
I am no expert and so this is just my conjecture based on my own experience.
