So I chatted with WS over a long phonecall. I'm actually pretty convinced the website/650-608-0777 is the legit PO. As you might imagine with something like this happening there's quite the story and the thief wouldn't be the one investing the time to tell it, but I don't think its appropriate for me to share it here.
All her original WeChat and Line has been stolen but she recovered her 650-608-0777 number because that's her personal number and the only one she remembers. Trust the https://xyz888.wixsite.com/8899 website
As for accessing the ads, apparently it doesn't work on Desktop and she doesn't have the energy to fix it, so access it on mobile. The menu button to get past the announcement/warning is near the upper-left.
