Some general comments on BKK: Technicians at massage parlors are typically more experienced and farang-friendly than their sisters on fiwfans. Don't forget that fiwfans is a Thai-centric scene, some of these girls don't speak English, etc.
I'm the same, I want whoever I'm with to enjoy herself. Do not underestimate basic cleanliness and politeness as your allies in this situation. Don't be that Khao San Road-looking guy. Consider bringing snacks, any sort of fruit or sweet treats will do.
Massage parlors have lineups but when "reading the room" you may or may not get cues from specific providers. Remember that they're concerned with what their fellow ladies might think/gossip later. In general, MP staff are experienced and probably more farang-friendly. Tulip/Cherry/Snow White are geared toward delivering PSE and looks are not as important as they may be at other MPs.
Rough plan: pick an MP, get a lineup, pay for 90-120 minutes, get your two shots in, regroup. I'd suggest Boss on Sukhumvit 24/1, although some cutie in a minidress might pull you into another shop. Boss will still be there the next day. Scope potentials on fiwfans using reports from other mongers on this forum.
There are many WGs in this town, and you will never get to even 10% of your handpicked superstar targets, so dismiss any thoughts of completism, and remember, you can always return for another visit!
