I am in my early 40s, so this may not work for you. I do want to share my regimen with everyone.

Early 2022 was when I returned to the hobby. It was the first time I had ED. LB needed a lot of help from the WG to get it ready and it would immediately finish and also uncontrollably. Sometimes I would even finish while it is still soft. This lasted for about 2-3 months and the anxiety makes it worse.

My best guess is I haven't really use it so I lost it. I am not a doctor so I don't know.

After some research, I decided take with supplements, start exercising and drink lots of water right before the appointment to get my blood flow going.

Exercising: push up against the wall, sit ups, squat with supports of a chair or table. Do it through out the day when I ever I have 5-10 minutes break at work. About 15-20 reps a set and a set of different exercises every couple of hours.

Supplements: Maca powder daily and horny goat weed tab a few hours before the appointment. The horny goat weed works, but stopped taking the horny goat weed because produces a feverish feeling and unexpected excitement when in public.

Drink at least 2 bottles of 500ml water within 60 minutes of the appointment. Helps with get blood flow to LB to wake up.

I still do my exercises, maca and 2x 500ml water. It does the trick for me.

Now I would say I am back to normal not like I can go 2-3 times an appointment.
