I’m in my 54th year of living. I have had ED issues all the way back from my early twenties. I have exercised my entire life, do not consume alcohol, zero smoking, and I don’t even drink coffee.
I believe that long days in the saddle on a bicycle are some reasons that I had been unable to maintain a consistent erection. I noticed it was easier with longterm GFs, where we eschewed condoms in our sex life. Ejaculation has never been an issue. I can practically ejaculate multiple times on command (given a decent refractory period).
I tried Cialis and Viagra to no avail. Did absolutely nothing.
Then, in 2014, I discovered an herbal supplement. It contains:
125 mg Herba Epimedii
85 mg Tribulus Terrestris
80 mg Panax Ginseng
80 mg Rhodiola Rosea
60 mg Lyciun Chinese
20 mg Cotrex Cinnamomi
This allowed me to maintain an erection quite well. My regimen is to not eat any red meat two days prior to sessioning. Eat nothing or very lightly (fruits, energy bar, or pastries) the day of seeing an RA. Hydrate like crazy with water, sports drink, or coconut water. If I take the pill 30 minutes before seeing her/them, I’m good to go EVERY TIME when following this game plan. The pills have a two year shelf life, but I’ve found they tend to lose potency after only six months. In those cases, I just take two pills and it does the trick.
The side effects are EXACTLY like I’ve read about from C or V: mildly flushed red face, ever so slight headache a few hours after taking the pill, eyesight sees everything brighter in a discernible blue tint, urination is in the form of a fast and hard stream. All side effects including the ability to get hard again lasts for about six hours and then it’s pretty much cleared from my system. I’m usually eating my first meal of the day that evening, and I have to eat slowly or it feels like I’m going let out a huge burp that will somehow equalize the pressure in my stomach. It may be just a side effect from fasting, though.
The pill can be purchased for $36.00 for a bottle of ten at a local SF sex store. It can also be purchased online, but I haven’t used that method.
Finally giving into PSE in 2019 allowed me to feel more and perform better for RAs. Another strange thing is I’m able to control and last longer with an RA to whom I’m not physically attracted. But I really need my Eye Candy, unfortunately. | |
