	Hi, I tried to enter today (Friday around 12:00 PM). -I'm totally caucasian and I can use max 5 words in Korean, however i didn't even have the time to show off my poor korean skills- I took the elevator, reached the 4th floor and as the guy at the door saw me he came forward and told me "Sorry, only for Koreans" and sent me on my way out. I'm a common bloke  at the end of his 30s, i was dressed normally. So it is not 100% friendly to foregners....looks more like a matter of luck when you show up at the door. Joy
