fiwfans.com is by far the one to go to right now. Some of us might have fond memories of sites like fanfinfin and offdek in their glory days but those have now just become shadows of their former selves.
I guess for starters, one website i often use is sidelinethailand.com. This site doesn't have the full range that fiwfans has (i'm gonna say probably 90% similar) and isn't the place to look for reviews/reports as well. However, there are several agencies/ladies that I have found that are not on fiwfans. One point to note is that some of the older posters tend not to delete their posts here. Good thing is that there is a timestamp to the posts so if you see something that hasn't been updated in a year, don't get your hopes up.
One other website that I kind of like is tiger-clubsideline.com. This site has been in operations for ages and is one of the originals, at least for me. Huge site with plenty of reviews/reports. Range and depth is good as well. The downside is that it's not well organized and searching is a pain. A good resource if you have plenty of time.

True that but chances are they don't have a need to pay the premium for such a service. That having said, I have seen maybe one independent that had a line account with the @ (she still kept her main ID though) but that is in my experience very very rare. I guess she was really popular, so much that people were having problem adding her on line.

Agreed as well but it seems to me that Ratchada has the highest concentration of all. On almost my mongering trips, unless I am meeting someone somewhere else, i like to book a room on Ratchada 17. In that way, I just shuttle between the floors without having to deal with traffic and weather. Even if there is someone in another hotel, it's only a 5-10 minute stroll away. Plus point is that the rooms are not that expensive in this area and plenty more ladies to try before I get bored, so it gives me the best bang for my buck overall.
