Refusing to leave your hotel room or asking why, or denying they are a TS.
Large fake breasts, though not always.
Larger feet.
And yes, ask nicely. But some will blatantly denying it and still show up at your hotel. I had an experience in Thailand recently and had to have her thrown out.
