From experience most are just friendly and say they want to go eat/hangout/etc. but when the time comes, they just say they have to work. I've even had one girl ask me to pay for her time and she can go out and eat/party with me during her work hours   (but then again this same girl did meet up with me after work for drinks)
But every now and then there are some that are actually bored and want someone to hang out with. I've met up with a few.. went to ocean park with one lol.. and another one took me to some local thai bar in wan chai inside some sketchy building. And had dinner with a few when I had some time to kill. Never really had a bad or dangerous experience.. if you're nervous just meet somewhere public, its no more dangerous than a Tinder date. | |

Totally agree. And I find that most of them actually just want a friend to have dinner with. |
