The place above spankys is called billboards I believe, jacuzzi on the right side as you walk in and a carousel on the left. Great place for fun with a lively atmosphere and keen girls for you to barfine.
It's a shame baccara wasn't any good, precovid it was THE place to go for hotties that were the preferred type of our Japanese friends, which matches quite well with my type.
It's a shame you didn't try rainbow 4/5 in Nana, on the 2nd floor in the far/right corner. Those 2 bars there were pretty decent precovid as well
