I accept there’s always risks kissing anyone, including civvies but usually acted on the below:

Yes:
Kissing after mouthwash
She generally practices good hygiene
She has that ‘clean’ look and smell

Maybe:
Big distracting mole next to her lip
She has a moustache (like the faint baby hair moustache some girls have)
Smelly body odour (really bad ones just kill the mood)
Intense hairy armpits (she grabs headboard during CG, can’t be unseen)
Acne around mouth
Rotting teeth
Smokers breath (I don’t mind it most of the time)
Smelly breath (if she’s hot I’ll just hold my breath each time)
Food/rice stuck between teeth

No:
Constantly coughing like she has flu
After poison dragon drill (never had but can imagine)
Cold sore on lips
