Usually they don't really negotiate with the barfine unless business is really slow. The high end places are all 4k and smaller bars 3.5. Went up 500 after covid. It's not too bad. Seems hotel prices there went up even more than that at central park and penthouse. Inflation every where but still not too bad. Better exchange rate off
