The one and only reason to go for Russian (and they're pretty much all Russian, even if they're not completely white) WGs is because you want to bang a white girl with dyed blonde hair.
Their service is terrible, and also quite unhygienic since many of them refuse to take showers between clients, so you're grinding on some other dude's sweat.
With very few exceptions, they give you a dead eye "go fork yourself" face and try to finish up ASAP. It's just the culture where they're from. I would personally never risk a walk in with one unless I have solid intel that they're not a stone cold bitch.
