Tulip has been around for awhile, and I knew gents here in Bangkok that adored the place. I walked in there once...and walked out. I'm sure the rooms are crusty, but I've been told that the technicians there specialize in PSE. And I believe it.
So that's Tulip's niche, and I guess in that place it's: "Buy the ticket, take the ride." I was a fan of Snow White Massage on Sukhumvit Soi 24, and I'm not alone in that opinion. SW did not always have the slimmest and most attractive ladies, nor were the rooms exactly 5-star. Alas, SW is closed now and unlikely to reopen, but here's a report I wrote on a stellar tech I repeated with a few times, the delightful Lemon:

In terms of PSE I've heard that Cherry Massage on 24/1 has that rep, but I have no actionable intel. That soi has many massage shops and a man could stroll it and choose from the MPGs hanging out in front, or enter any of the shopfronts and request a lineup.
Many options in this city now.
