I believe Rakuten is one of the best massage salons in Bangkok. 
The salon is large, clean, with private high-quality rooms. The salon is aiming at Japanese customers, however it's also popular by some Farang (Thai for caucasian foreigners).
Let me describe an experience; I have many, as I go there every other week or so.
You can either book through the phone, or walk in. If you walk in you can't really choose the lady, as they are waiting in queue to take the next customer. After entering you pay the lady for the service. I always take 90 minutes oil massage. This is long enough for a good massage. The ladies wear proper Thai massage outfits, so they all look professional (and the same  ). She'll take you to one of the private rooms and ask you to take a shower. There's a private shower in every room. After the shower you can lie on your tummy on the big massage table in the middle of the large room (see photos).
Most ladies are a bit shy and very polite and quietly ask you if all is ok during the massage.
Most of them are highly skilled masseuses, and give you one of the best massages you can desire. Depending on the lady, she will tease you a little bit when she massages your legs and touch your balls a bit. This is highly arousing. I like it that I don't know the lady, and it's like a "surprise", as I don't know what will happen when... but that's my personal preference.
Some ladies tease a lot less and wait until the end.
After a great massage, and turning on your back, she'll often tap your dick and ask if you want a special massage. Some don't ask for a fee, and just start and wait for a tip at the end. Others negotiate at that moment. I like it when they don't ask, in that case I tip at least 1000 baht, if it's good (e.g. topless) I'll tip more.
At Rakuten I had twice a topless massage (they keep their panties on... so far), so it all depends on the girl.
Some of the handjobs are amazing, some of the best I had in my life. I guess a high quality masseuse knows also how to really massage your dick. I have had HJs with a lot of edging, which is great. However, it depends heaviliy on the lady.
I have had an amazing experience with a girl called New, she's super naughty, not the pretiest, but tiny with big boobs. She'll make you go crazy. Also a girl called Kate was amazing, although I'm not sure if she left.

So, if you want a great massage, with some teasing and a happy end with a good HJ, I'd might have found you a new favorite. Don't expect more at this store, unless you have found a girl who got completely naked. I'd love to hear that! Next time I'll take some more photos myself. Unfortunately no photos of girls (yet  ).
