Then you just add the line account of the girl you want to meet, likely the account is managed by an agent - will ask you what time and how long you want to book. Then ask you to confirm. (all in english if you speak english to them) When you agreed, you just show up at the place, usually a hotel or residential building, they might or might not ask for a proof (like a pic of the entrance for eg) and then they will give you the room number.
