I had the same though as Ramont. Why would you expect a Russian girl to show up? Especially from her the pics in the link, which I don't see anything European at all. Half Jap/Flip i might begin to believe if I was drunk hunting in Wanchai. 
As for the bait& switch, you are only enabling these fake operators. Based on principal, i always cancel right away. If she happens to be decent looking then i severely undercut the rate and say take it or leave it. At least half off the original agreed upon amount. 9/10 girls take the deal. If you pay full price you are enabling them to do it again to the next guy. 
In my almost 4 decades of hobbying, there was only one time where the girl that arrived was much much hotter than the pics, and actually ended up upselling me and i ended up paying much more. 3 day bender at the Four Seasons Yorkville. This was in Toronto in the early 2000's.
Let's try and rid these fake operators, or at least operate with some honesty.  | |
