Local girls for longer arrangement

I am looking for a couple of different things here, don't know if this is the right thread but I'll try.
First, I'd love to get with some of those high-end local girls, possibly part-time, but pro isn't a problem either. But there doesn't seem to be any local girls working independently, unlike in major other cities like Seoul and Taipei. What gives?
Anyhow, I am looking for local girls on the higher end (price doesn't matter), so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. There's a lot of girls tagging themselves #ptgf on Twitter, but the few bits of info about them make it all sound like a scam. Any experience with those?
Second, I'm looking more for a longer term (couple of months) weekly arrangement, more of a date + overnight setting. Any pointers here would also be great.
