Kudos for trying new venues/areas. Frankly I never do. I fire up G-diary (https://gdiary.com/store/) and see who's advertising to the Japanese expats here in BKK. Yes those guys like kawaii girls and all that, but they also expect decent service. The caveat: they typically serve east Asian clients. So what--be clean and polite and you'll be just fine.
Established massage shops have been here for years and want repeat clientele. There are many in the Asok-Phrom Pong corridor. Prices are listed on the websites. Tips are appreciated but not expected.
For PSE the go-tos are Snow White and Tulip. SW got kinda famous, and I'm not sure if it's reopened. Tulip is notorious and while many of the techs are chubby and some are over 30, they specialize in making the toes of hapless boys curl in ecstasy.
