Until summer 2021, 100% 141 Walk-Up (one lady, generally no overnight, preferred low profile banging in hotel), in July
my regular hotel was seeing my face VERY OFTEN
(in one (Mongolian) case, I asked them to keep the room warm for me to come back for mroe later)
...so I should have negotiated a monthly price for the room. Damned it!
In one case, it was a close call ...when the room service lady (not ugly) was looking at with strange eyes was ~ about to ask come play with me during ...intermission. 
141 and $: we are 100% on the same wavelength. 
Negotiating $ while banging this way or another way is just a no-no for me!
First time, when walking in, I double check the price for services, massage + FS, then give her the agreed $ at once. If BS, I leave.
If not good or incompatible, then no repeat. No need to make a big story about it. Sometimes there is no good fit.
If good and thinking about repeat (forever), I think about the $ I will pay (MORE than her ASK price and
at the end I give her a bonus to show that quality of services has been highly appreciated...and there are more (SUSTAINABLE PUNTING)
$ where it comes from.
Then when I come back, I give her the $ (MY rate) and tell her that for the future is what I will always give her for the first hour.
I have also a "forfait" for overnight.
After that, the $ matter is OUT of the picture forever.
When I walk in, I hand them the $ and they put that in their bags without checking
(at least not at once the first times; never after)
...and $ are NEVER a topic of discussion, with each party trying to make the other happy!
Before CNY, spent some time at HL, and as we played much longer, I told her I would give more $ at the end
...but because we were both distracted, I forgot, but she did not say anything.
When I realized, I was so EMBARRASSED 
I dropped her an e-mail to check how much I gave her, what I promised or what I thought I gave.
Her reply was "No worry, we had a great time"...as other occupants could testify.
So obviously I FORGOT to pay what I promised and was horrified
....but she obviously did not worry (as I raised that question ...to avoid jeopardizing my reputation)
at all knowing she will get capital + interests (not negative rates) next time...which could be in a week...
In fact, in one night at HL after round #1 the lady asked me if I wanted her to call another one she knew I had not seen for a while
(say 2 weeks  ).
Yes sure and the other shows up. In fact we played longer than expected.
So for the guest, the $ amount was consistent with the usual, but for the ..."tenant" it was way overtime and I was wondering what I should give her
as I absolutely did not want to offend her, especially with the "guest" there,
so we had this weird discussion ...where she was saying "That's too much" and me going the other way.
Several times she told me I was giving her too much; now she does not anymore (waste of her time)...just focusing on me being HAPPY and
VERY HAPPY...even when a "competitor" of hers (not somebody she can get a $ cut from) is the source of my happiness! Weird "family".
Today, one in HK (at home) is helping me with communication (Chinese vs English) with one in Shenzhen for now
...unreal but lovely and somewhere logical.
Anyway, when you behave this way
and find ladies of that quality you become almost ( by a factor ...x 5 ) monogame.
