	Agree with the views above 100%, particularly providers <30 years old. In addition to the findings above they are also in a rush to squeeze is much money out of the process and completed as quickly as possible and move onto the next victim. The real good providers actually enjoy what they're doing and enjoy it with you (or are such good actors they let you think they enjoy it with you). 2 of my longtime current providers going back 10 years and 6 years were born in 1968 and 1972, respectively. I have no plans to replace them, although I always will be open to trying new talent I will always go back to these regulars. Also the famous Dreamy, who I see regularly may also be a little bit older than you think. To protect her interests I won't discuss her age, so please don't ask me. Referring to HK Legend above, I have had all of the providers   save for Jasmine, and he is mostly spot on with his appraisal of them.   Keep on mongering
