	OK, so I cam to this thread because I was interested in meeting with VNY. Now I'm at risk of breaking a rule that I haven't discovered yet - think I've read them all, and the acronyms..... and I've been punting in HK for a couple years now, but for the life of me I cannot work out what RA is that is referred to in a few posts here - could someone point me in the right direction - sounds like something I should be checking out! Thanks all!
