Bangkok - Beware of Inflated Pricing Site
I'm all for innovation and finding ways to make some money by providing some good value added services, but found this one to be quite terrible.
There is a new (at least new to me) site ... http://bkkescorts4you.com/. What they do is take the girls that are already advertised on the sideline sites, extract a VERY small amount of information from those ads, convert that little bit to English, add one picture and create an image ad. The site has no search functionality, no extra pictures and hardly any of the information available in the original ads. They set this up as if they are their own agency (see their description below).
For doing this, what do they get? Well, the prices are double what you pay if you reached out directly to the agent. I assume regardless of whether it is the agents doing this or a middle man, the girls see none of this extra fee (?). None of the girls that have given me their personal LINE address are on the site yet, so I couldn't ask anyone I know. Tempted to set up a meeting with one of these girls and ask them if they are aware.
If you are on this forum, I'm sure you wouldn't fall for it even without this thread, but hopefully it doesn't sucker new Thailand visitors as things start to open up. Having set up a fair number of sideline meets in the last couple of months, it doesn't take more than a couple minutes to do on your own. What this site adds is ... nothing really.
