	Reply #9 jcdrake's post I always give the girl $500 right at the start, and tell them “I help you, you help me”. In Chinese “wo bang ni, ni bang wo”, and make sure they know it’s for them, not the shop/boss. They’re always incredibly grateful, and typically will do whatever I want afterwards. I even do this at the spas that specifically say no tip necessary, like Wish, Harmony, etc. Doing it this way removes all the pressure from you and the girl, and removes the often awkward and mood killing negotiation mid session. But that’s just me. And it has worked 95% of the time in every kind of shop, spa, salon, etc. Hope that helps.
