OT is actually not technically a legal RLD. I think the term would be tolerated, as this is a place frequented by US Navy sailors when they come on shore leave.
As the authorities need somewhere to concentrate the sailors, they keep a closed eye on what goes on inside.
As a local, I avoid the bloodsuckers in OT... You can get similar services at lower prices, if you know where to look.
Legal workers would have a working permit, known as the yellow card by punters, in Singapore. A very strange set of terms for ladies who apply for one.
I doubt any of the OT workers have even seen one.
In Singapore, if the joint gets busted, nothing happens to the mongers. Prostitution is not illegal in Singapore, but living off the proceeds is. So the pimp and the gal will take the brunt of it. For the punters, co-operate. Do not be a hero and defend your gal, as that will be classed as obstruction of police work. Give the details the police wants, usually in case if they need more information, and you will be sent your merry way. The police will usually not require you to make more than a statement on the spot, and there will be no blemishes on your record. The pimps will usually be fined, and the gals will be treated humanely and deported back to China.
Payment wise, its 50 bucks for the entrance fee (massage owner needs his cut), and you negotiate prices with masseuse for services. Current market price is 50 for hand job (you will have to charm the top of the lady, but most will likely keep it on), 80 for a blow (in some places that's for a naked HJ, avoid!) or 150 for FS.
