It may be that “spas” requiring references has nothing to do with Covid but rather a wish to protect themselves from being visited by LE, a real possibility given that raids have been conducted even recently.
Of course, the precautions are not foolproof, but few are, and the establishments may be hoping that they can sift the genuine punters from the looky-loos as well as the fuzz. | |
