I see you got these from F's channel, "液體套"'s literal translation is "liquid condom", which some chinese punters have described as essentially a spermicidal/anti viral lubricant that the wg's apply inside of their vagina before penetration.
I can only surmise why any experienced wg would risk their means of livelihood by providing this service, but it's most likely a combination of desperation on the wg's end, persuasion from the agents, and the overall increase in income.
I've seen girls go from providing only safe sex to providing the above service due to a lack of customers (F 小九), and it's surprisingly not only limited to less-attractive girls either, the entire stable of 糖果 hg's provides sex without condom, the youngest girl being only 19 and apparently quite attractive.
Supply reacts to demand though and i'm more wary of the punters, hope this doesn't become the norm in Hong Kong. Then again, the whole HG scene has gone nuts since Covid-19 and prices are increasing over the period of months rather than years.
