Seems we can possibly get a first taste of how these "in flux" rules are going to work out.
   - Arrivals on Mar 31 or before required a Fit to Fly document.
   - Arrivals on Apr 1 and after do not require a Fit to Fly document (only negative RT-PCR COVID test).
However, none of the official documentation has been updated.

I have doubts that documentation will be updated before my flight, so just got off a very frustrating call with airline CS. They have informed me that they will follow the most recent officially published documentation. If Thai government doesn't update, they will still have to follow what was last published.

I'll take print-outs with me, but maybe my time in HK will not be ending as soon as anticipated...
