Hey man,
So I usually use this website.

It's divided by areas and you can see places in each area you might want to go to. Usually the first and second post for each club has photos of some of the girls or other info like prices, map, services etc.
You'll need to use Google translate but for basic info it works well enough. There's also a review section on the website but it's a massive pain to navigate and translate doesn't work so well.
As for foreigner friendly, I've never had any problems. I usually message them on line in english and they reply back in english. Their timeline often has photos and times that certain girls are going into work on the day.
As for the girls themselves, there will be a bit of a language barrier though once or twice there has been someone who could speak English which was a pleasant surprise. I can speak a decent amount of Thai though so I'm not sure how the experience would be for someone who can't speak at all. The ones working in main areas (Sukhumvit, Silom) are definitely used to seeing foreigners.
I usually check with regards to whether full service is available by sending a message on Line. In some rare cases it's included in the price but mostly they'll say either no sex or that you have to discuss it with the girl. In the case of discussing it with the girl in my experience it's been between 1k - 2k extra.
