New crackdown
Have been reading news in China. There are moves to crackdown further on mafia and organised crime.
As to how this affects mongering is not yet apparent. The definition of organised crime in China can include smaller crime groups such as prostitution rings.
I will keep an ear to the ground and let the forum know if I find put further developments.
