	I wouldn't say punting is terrible in the US.. It really depends on what you are looking for... I personally find the US and western countries are more for the kind of guy looking for an escort or a courtesan type girl.. there are more mid to high end girls where it's more of a paid date/SA type thing even if they don't advertise as such... Independent girls mostly, and ot so much of a pump and dump agency run kind of punt which is more common in Asia..
