De Ja Vu. Had the same happen to me as well. Scheduled time, arrived, was told to wait 30 mins because the bro ahead was late, then finally 5mins later Sasa said Fran was hungry and wanted to eat something so need to wait for a later session  I was hungry too 
Anyway. Ended up re-scheduling for another time. Not sure if it was Fran or Sasa ... Only happens with Fran it seems, so popularity does create a pattern. | |

I was hungry too
