I'm sure you're quite attractive (especially after reading the Boa chronicles) but unless you did something to become more attractive this year - changed your hairstyle, added a few more packs to your abs or plastic surgery ( ), I don't think that's the main reason.
If I were you, I'd think about how I was coming across to them in what I say and how I behave. I would guess that you're giving off a vibe of being a really nice guy who's wealthy or really well off and in a position to be a good provider or generous patron (I am assuming you don't dress in designer or flashy clothes).
WGs are mostly doing the job to make money and not to get pregnant (unless that's in their financial interest). If these new girls (perhaps new to the business?) that you visited are younger and don't have kids, like momozzz pointed out, they might want to trap you with a kid into providing them support so they see you as a ticket out of the job (a good looking one at that). If they're older and have kids or are married, they want to offer you something extra to get you to tip higher and/or keep coming back for more (it's a tough time for them after all, with a decline in punters).
To really answer your question: I've not had the same experience, probably cause I've not been doing walk-ups (or maybe I'm just not that good looking  ).
